A fairly old costume of mine made back in 2004 - 2005. The design was from an art insert of volume 7 of +Anima. I just loved the design and I was a big fan of +Anima at the time so I was eager to make the costume. It was my first dress costume and it came together with mixed success especially since I took a lot of liberties with the design. My mother did quite a bit of work on this costume. The dress pattern was from a costume pattern which thankfully worked well enough for the design although the costume was quite a bit above my skill level and that shows in the finished product. After this costume I didn't work on another complicated dress design until 2011. XD

I really like how the sleeve attachments and crown turned out. They were made from a light organza-like fabric with pipe cleaners to give it a bit of a bat wing look. I learned quite a bit while making this costume and I had fun with it. My wonderful friends Pan and Elemental Cosplayed with me as Husky and Marein when I wore this to a Cosplay Picnic in 2005. It was amazing to be part of a +Anima group. :3

Thanks so much! I made this costume so long ago and I've come a long way since then, but I did put a lot of love into my Nana costume since I think +Anima is a really cute and well done Manga. :3

Thanks very much! Despite the costume being a bit above my skill level at the time, I'm happy with how it turned out. I retained enough of the character design that it's still recognizable as being from +Anima. :3
